"Would give zero stars if possible. Insanely high prices. Unfriendly staff. Absolutely no willingness to help the customer. Would not recommend. I am grateful that I never got into an accident because I can only assume that the process of filing a claim would be a total nightmare."
"As a business owner, my team and I take pride in how we service our customers including calling, emailing and texting if a policy will potentially lapse for non-payment of premium. Unfortunately, NYS regulates insurance guidelines, not State Farm and not your local agency- it's all regulated by the state so when an insurance company doesn't get payment for polices, the insured gets a grace period prior to lapse (for example). We give our customers exceptional service and go above and beyond every day. Please contact our agency directly to have a conversation regarding the claims you've made in this review that give a very inaccurate picture of the agency. It takes a lot of hard work, ethics, morals and values to run a business the way we do so we take reviews like this seriously and would like to help you with this situation."
