"Been with State Farm for over 40 years. Mary's office is great and will always be willing to be helpful. That is the good part. The bad part...nothing to do with MAry Alice's office. But I find the State Farm not nearly as friendly as in past years and they are taking the same route as other insurance company's, profit before customer satisfaction."

"Had an appointment with Tim to go over my policy since my husband's passing. He was very welcoming, made me feel at ease when asking about my late husband and treated me like a family member. "Stay away. Her place is awful. They lie talk to you rude when you ask questions. They change your premium and take discounts away without telling you. When you ask they say they will change it back but it's too late for this billing cycle so you have to pay the extra outrageous amount. They don't tell you using their roadside service it hits you like an accident. They are sneaky and terrible."

"Sarah, I would like to clarify this frustration for you. When we submit discount programs for you, some require documents or set up on your part. We process these requests immediately as per our customers’ requests. If we have not received documentation or you have not completed a set up on your end then our corporate office of State Farm automatically removes the discounts. This is not something our local office has any control over. We do a lot for our customers, and those discounts will be backdated for you but there are things that are out of our control on the local agency end. I would be happy to clarify this misunderstanding for you if you want to return my phone call. I wish you the best."
